Introduction

Withdrawals are made from the real wallet. You can send USDT to a Tron wallet address or withdraw a KES amount to M-Pesa. The Wallet page keeps the withdrawal record and status so you can follow the operation after submitting it.

Withdraw USDT on Tron

  1. Choose USDT in the withdrawal dialog.
  2. Enter the destination TRC20 address.
  3. Enter an amount at or above the displayed minimum.
  4. Review the address, amount, and available real balance.
  5. Submit and track the receipt and status in Withdrawals.

The current minimum is configured by the product and defaults to 1 USDT when no environment override is supplied. A withdrawal cannot use funds committed to open positions.

Withdraw to M-Pesa

Choose M-Pesa, enter a valid phone number, and enter the KES amount to send. The wallet checks that the USD value of the requested KES amount fits your available real balance. The current conversion uses 129 KES per 1 USD.

Statuses and failed withdrawals

M-Pesa withdrawals are checked until they become Completed or Failed. USDT withdrawals show their processing status and receipt or transaction hash when available. A failed M-Pesa withdrawal returns the funds to the wallet according to the product flow; check Balance and Activity after the final status appears.

Confirm the destination network and wallet address before submitting a crypto withdrawal. Blockchain transfers may not be reversible.
