Introduction
The P2P wallet is separate from the trading wallet. It holds USDT for P2P purchases, sales, and escrow, while the trading account holds USD for Market and contract activity. The Transfer control moves value between the two ledgers at a one-to-one rate.
Transfer into P2P
- Use the real trading account and open the P2P wallet transfer control.
- Choose To P2P wallet.
- Enter an amount of available USD to convert to USDT.
- Review the maximum shown from your trading balance and free margin.
- Confirm the transfer and check the refreshed P2P available balance.
Open positions can reduce the amount available to transfer. Demo balances cannot be transferred into P2P.
Transfer back to trading
Choose To trading to move available USDT back as USD. The maximum is the P2P wallet's available balance. USDT currently held in escrow is excluded until the related order is resolved.
Available versus escrow
- Available can be used for a new P2P order or transferred out.
- Escrow is reserved for an open P2P trade.
- Trading free margin limits how much can leave the trading account.
- Advert backing depends on enough available P2P USDT for merchant orders.
After a transfer
The app refreshes the trading balance, wallet summary, activity, and merchant advert backing after a successful transfer. If the amount is unavailable, check the account type, open positions, escrow balance, and current available balance before retrying.
Transfers change where your funds are available; they do not close open trades or release P2P escrow.
