Start the verification flow
- Open Identity verification from the account or trading navigation.
- Review the welcome screen and the information requested.
- Enter your personal details and country information.
- Select a supported document type and capture the required images.
- Follow the selfie instructions and submit the review.
Documents and capture
The flow supports national identity cards, passports, and driver's licences. Use a clear, readable document image and complete both front and back capture when the selected document requires it. Camera permission and valid file checks are part of the capture step.
Sessions and progress
The portal saves an in-progress draft locally while you move through the steps. Continue interacting with the page during the session; an inactive verification session can expire and require you to start again.
After submission
Keep the verification result or reference shown by the portal for your records. If a document image is rejected or the camera is unavailable, use the retry action and correct the specific capture issue before submitting again.
