Introduction

Partners earn a share of eligible platform revenue from traders they refer — not from trader profit or loss directly. You also get tools to track performance and, if you build integrations, read-only API access scoped to your own referrals.

Revenue share

  • Contracts. 30% of the monthly floored house result per referred trader on real contracts (stake minus payout, aggregated per UTC month, floored at $0).
  • CFD / spot. 30% of open and close fees when a referred trader closes a real position.

Demo wallets never generate commission. Rates may vary for custom institutional plans — your dashboard shows the rates applied to your account.

Partner dashboard

After enrollment, the Referrals page becomes your partner dashboard. You can see clicks, signups, active traders, commission this month, lifetime earnings, and anonymized trader IDs (for example TR-10482).

Share your link via copy/paste or built-in share buttons. Create OAuth apps, rotate secrets, and manage webhooks on the same page — no support ticket.

Payouts

Commissions accrue as pending, move to approved after a settlement hold, then pay out on a bi-weekly schedule when your balance meets the minimum threshold. Paid amounts credit your platform wallet when your partner account is linked to a user profile.

API access

If you embed trading in your own product, create a sandbox OAuth app under Apps on Referrals, then a live app when you go to production. Users sign in on Coinpes; your server holds tokens. Referral stats still live on this dashboard — the Partner API does not export the funnel.

HTTPS webhooks notify your server when referred traders register or trade. Add endpoints under Webhooks on Referrals, copy the signing secret once, then use Test to send a signed sample. Partner routes never return trader email or phone.

Why house edge, not P/L

If a referred trader wins often, the house may lose on individual trades — your contract share uses monthly house result floored at zero, so you are not charged for their wins. CFD commission uses fees only, which accrue on every real close regardless of whether the trader won or lost.
